What file types do you accept?
We recommend PNG files with a transparent background for the best results. We also accept AI, EPS, SVG, PDF, PSD, and high-resolution JPG files.
What resolution should my artwork be?
For the highest print quality, artwork should be created at 300 DPI and uploaded at the final print size whenever possible.
Can you fix my artwork?
Yes! We offer artwork cleanup services for files that need minor edits before printing. If your artwork requires extensive redesign, we’ll contact you before proceeding.
What if I have questions before ordering?

What garments can DTF transfers be applied to?
DTF transfers work on cotton, polyester, tri-blends, canvas, denim, nylon, and many other fabrics. They’re an excellent choice for T-shirts, hoodies, tote bags, hats, and more.
Can I order just one transfer?
Yes! We have no minimum order on individual DTF transfers. Whether you need one transfer or hundreds, we’ve got you covered.
What is a Gang Sheet?
A gang sheet allows you to combine multiple designs onto one sheet, maximizing space and lowering your cost per transfer. Our gang sheet builder automatically helps optimize your layout for the best value.
Do I need to mirror my artwork?
No. Upload your artwork exactly as you want it printed. We’ll take care of the rest.
Do I need a heat press?
For the best and most consistent results, we recommend using a heat press. While some customers use household irons, a heat press provides the proper temperature and pressure for a durable, professional finish. 

What are UV DTF Gang Sheets?
UV DTF Gang Sheets allow you to fit multiple full-color decals onto a single sheet, maximizing space and helping you get the most value from every order.
What surfaces can UV DTF decals be applied to?
UV DTF decals adhere to most smooth, hard surfaces including tumblers, cups, glass, acrylic, plastic, metal, wood, phone cases, packaging, signs, and more.
Are UV DTF decals waterproof?
Yes! UV DTF decals are water resistant and designed for long-lasting performance on properly prepared hard surfaces.
Are UV DTF decals hand washable?
Yes. We recommend hand washing to maximize the appearance and lifespan of your decals. We do not recommend dishwashers or prolonged soaking.
Do I need transfer tape?
No. Our UV DTF decals arrive with a transfer film already applied, making installation quick and easy.
Can I apply UV DTF decals to fabric?
No. UV DTF decals are designed for hard surfaces only. For T-shirts, hoodies, tote bags, and other fabrics, you’ll want our DTF Transfers instead.
Do UV DTF Gang Sheets have a minimum order?
No. Simply choose the gang sheet size that best fits your project and fill it with as many decals as you’d like. 

How long is turnaround?
Orders placed before 1:00 PM CST typically print the same business day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM CST will print the following business day.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! We offer free local pickup in the Memphis, Tennessee area. You’ll receive pickup instructions once your order is complete.
Do you ship nationwide?
Absolutely! We proudly ship anywhere within the United States.
Do you offer rush orders?
No. We do not offer rush services. Our goal is to provide every customer with consistent, high-quality products and dependable turnaround times.
What happens if my artwork has an issue?
If we notice a problem with your artwork that could affect the final print, we’ll contact you before printing whenever possible.
Can I reorder a previous design?
Yes! If you’ve ordered with us before, contact us and we’ll do our best to make reordering quick and easy.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect order?
Customer satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives damaged or there’s an issue with your print, please contact us promptly so we can work with you to make it right.
